Return Policy
Sensual Sinsations wants your complete satisfaction, however, if you are not satisfied, qualifying merchandise can be returned to Sensual Sinsations within 30 days of an order being marked as delivered. Please return all desired items at once, as Sensual Sinsations only provides one (1) prepaid shipping label per order. After you have submitted a Return Request through our Return Request Portal, Sensual Sinsations will review your submission. If granted, you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label. Qualifying Merchandise Must Meet the Following:
- All items for return must have original tags still attached. Exceptions apply to select items that are not packaged/prepared with hang tags, these items are noted in the system.
- All items for return must be returned in their original garment bag/packaging.
Sale Items:
- Sale items that meet the requirements for a return will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Exclusions to the Return policy
- Sensual Sinsations does not accept returns of items that have been worn beyond trying on or damaged in any way.
- Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Unsealed Panties
- Unsealed Hosiery
- Unsealed body stockings. **To be eligible for a refund bodystockings must be UNOPENED.
- Items with tags removed.
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume.
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Clearance items, all clearance items are FINAL SALE and will be marked as so in red on the product page.
The above items are not eligible for return. If an item does not qualify for a return or refund the customer will be given the option to pay for the shipment of the item to be returned to them or for Sensual Sinsations to dispose of the item for the customer. Sensual Sinsations is not responsible nor liable for returning non-returnable items to a customer who did not follow the return policy.
Habitual Return Abuse:
- Returns will be processed fairly and timely, however in the event that a customer is suspected of return abuse, said customer account will then be reviewed. If it is determined that habitual return abuse has taken place, Sensual Sinsations reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason and is not required to disclose reasoning as to why.
30 Day Window:
- The return process must be started within 30 days from the date an order is marked as delivered. Your return item(s) must be shipped out no later than the 45th day from your order date.
After 30 Days:
- If a return was started within the 30-day return window but was not shipped out to Sensual Sinsations within 45 days from the order date, Sensual Sinsations will not accept the return. The customer will be given the choice of reimbursing Sensual Sinsations for the cost of the prepaid return shipping label that was utilized after the 45-day return period expired, as well as paying for a new shipping label so Sensual Sinsations can send the non-returnable item back to the customer. Or the Customer can give Sensual Sinsations permission to dispose of the item. This permission will be stored in the customer account. Reimbursement can be fulfilled via invoice.
Shipping:
- Upon request for a return, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you after you have submitted a Return Authorization Request Form.
Refund:
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipment, in many cases a refund may be issued sooner. This time period includes; the transit time for your package to go from your location to ours (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
International Returns:
- International return shipping must be paid by customer.
